Comprehensive redesign for a foundation with a long history
Since 1985, young people with a wide range of difficulties have been cared for and trained at Märtplatz. Today, the institution offers around 50 training places with a selection of manual, gastronomic, creative, administrative and technical professions.
The breadth of the four main target groups poses a particular challenge for the brand renewal. Young people with mental and social difficulties, referrers from authorities and insurance companies, service seekers and donor foundations are to be addressed with the brand and communication.
A new positioning
The positioning developed in collaboration with the management conveys the vision, mission and shared values that serve as the basis for communication with all target groups. At the core of the positioning is the belief in young people's ability to change and find their way in society thanks to patience, personal relationships and individual support.
Strikingly different visuals with unique imagery
The marketplace stands out with its high-quality imagery. The visual world is tailored to the different communication needs. The people shown are mostly trainees or vocational trainers in eye-catching and authentic situations. The visual appearance functions as a modular system that provides the appropriate style and design elements for all needs. Its uncomplicated application makes it easy for internal and external users to implement the various communication tools.
Almost as easy as playing with Lego
The modular system with logo, descriptor and communication space offers a wide range of possible applications. Depending on requirements, the sender can be combined with a call to action, an icon or a content statement. The different sizes adapt to the medium. In the digital implementation, the spaces can be easily animated, breathing additional life into the system.
